He has been a good friend since 1960 in Manila, Philippines. I was not able to attend the services since I was in Alberta, Canada visiting a sick brother. My prayers and thoughts to your family. We'll see you again when Jesus comes. Good bye, my friend.

My heart and deepest sympathies to the Caragan's family during this difficult time. Nothing I personally can say or do to ease your pain. But I found Phillipians 4:6,7 may helps because we are encouraged to turn to God in prayer and He will give you peace and understanding. I really hope the scriptures help and strengthen you as you endure this difficult time.

My Love, Prayers, and Condolences go out to the family of Quintin Caragan. "Q" was a true friend and fellow Postal Employee. We worked in harmony together for about 10 years. His excellent culinary skills set him apart from most of our friends. He loved to cook, but most of all he loved to see his friends enjoy his latest dish. You will be truly missed "Q". R.I.P. my friend.
