He is survived by his children and their spouses: Stewart and Bobbie Elliott, Juanita Elliott Frazier (Jeff d.), all of Culpeper, VA; Carolyn and Donny Malpiede of Inwood, WV; and Dennis and Missy Elliott of Harper's Ferry, WV. He is also survived by the mother of four of his great-grandchildren, Bonnie Kennedy Elliott. He is predeceased by 12 siblings and grandson Michael Vincent Elliott. He also had 11 great grandchildren: Ashley and Tyler Elliott; Michael, Dillon, Kayla, and Matthew Elliott; Madison Guinn; Madolyn Kolasa; and James McCune.
Frank, known affectionately as "Pop," was a lifelong carpenter, having learned the skill from his father and then teaching it to his sons and grandsons. He used his knowledge to build his first home in Burtonsville, MD, where he raised his children. He also used his skills to assist in the construction of Kingdom Hall "Quick Builds" and convention preparation work. He was baptized as one of Jehovah's Witnesses on September 2, 1961, and served Jehovah faithfully for 56 years. Frank took up any opportunity to speak to others about the truth, enjoyed reading his daily text over a cup of 7-eleven coffee, and always carried a Bible in his truck. He loved people and was ready to help out whenever needed. He was confident in Jehovah's promises for the future and expressed strong faith in the resurrection. Pop will be sorely missed and we look forward to seeing him again.
The family has greatly appreciated the loving support of all the friends and gratefully acknowledges Hospice of the Piedmont, 1200 Sunset Ln., Culpeper, VA 22701. Special thanks to Daisy for coming out late at night; Joni, Dee, Helen, and Jenny for their loving care; Sherry for her overnight support to Carolyn and final care; and Robin for her kindness to Delores.
There will be a service in the Clore-English Funeral Home Chapel Tuesday, October 31, 2017, with interment to follow in Hillcrest Memory Gardens, Jeffersonton, VA. Bob Ray will conduct services. The family will receive friends one hour prior to service time.

I didnt know Frank and Delores for very long and haven't seen them for many years. But I do have a very happy and fond memory of sitting on a rock sharing my peanut butter sandwhich with him along some body of water that Bucky had convinced Matt and I to join them on in a canoe. Frank had a kind and warm smile and I look forward to seeing him in Jehovah's beautiful garden, perhaps even canoeing again and sharing another rock and peanut butter sandwich . Prayers of comfort for Delores and her family.

Every time I saw Frank he would grab me by his rough, hardworking hands and ask "How are you doing?" I would say, "Good." He would say, " No one is good except for Jesus."
He really loved Jehovah. I remember him helping with baptisms during assemblies.
His love for Delores and his family were apparent. What a loving brother! Looking forward to welcoming him back in the near future.

Frank did the framing on a house I built He built a pen around a sow with piglets that had gotten loose and helped get it back to the barnyard. And who can forget making apple butter each year at his house!Hospitable and generous! An example of making the truth your own.
