To you, my beloved and beautiful sister, Doris "Chero."...Doris, you were a Proverbs 31 woman. You served God, family, friends, and others tirelessly; you lived an exemplary life and was always humble, caring, kind, generous, compassionate, and courteous. You were my fashion and finance guru, and my angel who saved the day and always looked out for me. I will forever be inspired by your love, inner and outer beauty, brilliance, elegance, diligence, courage, faithfulness, integrity, authenticity, and exemplary work ethics. You were a rare gem, a beacon of light, and a hope to all who knew you. You accomplished your lifelong mission by making a positive impact in the life of every person that God placed in your path. You left an impeccable legacy. PHENOMENAL is the word I choose to describe you, Chero. I am grateful that God blessed us to be sisters. It is very difficult and painful to accept that you left us so soon, but I take comfort in knowing that heaven has gained a glorious angel, because Almighty God takes only the best! Chero, you were the best of all of us! 2 Timothy 4:7-8 exemplifies your life; "I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have remained faithful. And now the prize awaits me -- the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteousness Judge, will give you on the day of His return. And the prize is not just for me but for all who eagerly look forward to His appearing." Chero, I love you deeply, my heart mourns for you daily -- you have left a void that can never be filled. Your memory will remain in my heart forever. Rest in peace, sweet angel, watch over us until we meet on that beautiful shore! I love you and will forever miss you. Your sister, Jep "Jepper the Pepper."

Dear Doris, we will forever remember the weekend we spent at the farm, little did we know that it was the last time we would see you. We will always treasure that time. We accept that this was all planned by the Almighty. May you dance with the angels and may your sweet soul rest in eternal peace. Till we meet again.

We have had the joy and honor of knowing Mrs Doris Chemirmir Akpom for the last 10 years.

She was our faithful spiritual daughter. Doris was so loving, outgoing, friendly, lively, kind, generous, hospitable, always willing to lend a helping hand & well known for going above and beyond the call of duty. She loved God and loved people.

She was our very diligent Church Administrator & Treasurer in All Nations House of Prayer Church In Irving. Doris was a graduate of Our School of Excellence Leadership program and passed the course with flying colors! She was brilliant, excellent & meticulous in her responsibilities and always made sure bills were paid on time.

She also served in hospitality in our Fresh Aroma International Ministry Conferences and went out of her way to make both our local, out of state & International guests feel welcome. She was a very strong pillar in the ministry.

She was also a loving Aunty to our children. Our family have been greatly impacted by her love, support and generosity in our lives. We are heartbroken at her passing but comforted in knowing she is resting in the presence of her Savior Jesus and we shall meet again.......

Doris we love & miss you so much, you are priceless & irreplaceable! Rest In Peace our beautiful angel ....

My sweet sweet aunty Doris, I remember the last time we were together you told me to turn up the music so we could dance together. No matter the condition, you would always find a reason to dance and celebrate and that is exactly how I will forever remember you. A woman filled with so much energy and and such a loving and sweet heart.

This world lost a wonderful angel and you are dearly missed, but I know that you are now dancing in a much much better place called Heaven. I Love You! <3

Doris "Jaber", heaven rejoices in having received the angel that you were. Beautiful inside and out; loved selflessly and gave generously. Your smile and laughter lit a room when you entered and your kindness touched many. To Okey Alpom, Alex, Brandon and Chuka; and the entire Chemirmir family, may the Lord fill the gap Doris left and may her memories bring you solace that one day you will meet again.

I am so grateful to God for your friendship Doris and for the time we spent together, and above all that you loved the Lord. Jaber, may your soul rest in peace until we meet again.
