I loved seeing Rohn every Sunday with his tie perfectly coordinated with Donna's outfit. I think that's the sweetest thing! Rohn wasn't a big talker, but when he talked it was always something that was profound or funny or both! So glad to have been in your ward family, Rohn!

From the moment we moved to Mesa the Robinson's took me under their wing, inviting me into their home as if I was another daughter. Rohn was like a second dad to me. So many precious memories at girls camp, family trips, ward campouts and just hanging out at the house! I will always be grateful for him, his family and how much they impacted my life! <3

Rohn was one of my first good friends when I first moved into the neighborhood. I enjoyed all the times we worked together with the scouts on outings. He was a great fishing buddy and I enjoyed every time we went out on the lake. I caught my first bass with him. He always showed patience when working with the scouts it was almost contagious. He will always be remembered as a great friend.

Rohn was the coolest dad on the block! Because of serious health issues, my husband was unable to do the things he so wanted to doplay with his children, build things, and be involved in his children's livesenter our dear friend, Rohn Robinson. The Robinson's adopted all of my children as their own! In factthey adopted the entire neighborhood! There was NEVER a dull moment when Rohn was around. And even when he wasn't around, the cool things he helped the kids build kept them busy for days!
There were lots of bikes. Not ordinary bikescool bikes built for racing at the BMX track in Chandler. Rohn helped the kids build bikes from scratch. Our kids all knew how to fix and build awesome bikes. Not only did he help them build bikes, our neighborhood had the coolest bike jumping ramps ever! All sizes and shapes and the kids learned tricks, jumps, and how to ride like the pros. Across the street from the Robinsons, before the houses were all built, the kids built their own BMX track and rode for hours. Then the Stones and Robinsons went to the BMX track each week to cheer their kids on as they raced at the BMX track in Chandler. Such amazing memories! And that wasn't allthere were Go karts. Rohn helped the boys fix up an old go kart and get it running. They had a blast! My kids lived at the Robinsons. The girls played house in a camper in the backyard while the boys rode bikes. And have you ever heard of Cockroach hockeywell, the Robinsons have!
Rohn loved the great outdoors! He was the go to expert. Camping, hunting, mountain man, you name itRohn did it. Girl's camp was synonymous with Rohn Robinson. For years the Robinsons didn't have vacation time like you and I. The Robinsons vacation time each year was service at Girl's camp or Scout camp. Rohn was always the hero to the rescue! You hadn't camped like a king until you had Rohn's famous dutch oven cooking. My kids and so many others had the opportunities to hunt, camp, mountain man, and many other outdoor experiences because of Rohn Robinson.
The Stones' family will be forever grateful for Rohn, Donna and the Robinson family. Thank you, Robinson family, for sharing Rohn, your husband and father, with all of us. Rohn selflessly gave of his time, talents, patience, and love to all of us! We have been touched by a humble, gentle giant who has changed our lives for the better. Rohn will be with us forever for he has forever touched our hearts. We love you Rohn!

Some of my favorite memories of Brother Robinson came during my time in his Sunday School class as an 11 year old. He spent most of the time quiet and calm, but some of the lessons and thoughts he shared were my favorite memories as an 11 year old. Your family is in our prayers.

One thing of all I won't forget, he spent a lot of time in scouts. He helped make knives with us. He was a really fun person to talk to. I got to spend time with him at youth conference and it was fun. He told a lot of funny jokes. A funny time with him, we were playing Nerf guns for scouts and we had a fun time.

One thing, out of all the things I remember about Bro. Robinson, is when he was my Sunday school teacher in 11 year olds. I don't know how I remember this but every time Alex Lee would hide behind the bulletin board, Bro. Robinson would make a joke that Alex was making out with a Justin Bieber poster. It's crazy that I remember, but that was one of the first things that he said that made me laugh. He has been a really good example in my life on what kind of person I wanna be. He always cracks me up with all the times he teased the young men. I've had some really good times with him and am happy I spent that time with him.

I remember once Brother Robinson came to my house when I was little and he was a good friend to my grandma and grandpa. I was kinda scared because I didn't know him.

I remember when we went camping with the scouts and we were doing activities and I was annoyed of everyone because I just wanted to explore. So Brother Robinson took me and another scout exploring.
The next day we went to a cave and we went in. We were going through and there two paths. Everyone wanted to go through the small tunnel, but I get claustrophobic, so he took me and another scout through the bigger tunnel.
On our way out of the cave I wanted to get out fast. So took me and another scout and we got out faster because I didn't like the cave.

I have had the pleasure of knowing Rohn since I was a dorky little teenager, hanging out in the Robinson home with his daughter Rhayna.
One of my first opportunities participating in a priesthood blessing was with Rohn several years ago. Rhayna had been involved in a minor accident just down the street from their home. As a newly ordained elder, he asked me to help particupate in giving her a blessing. I was very nervous, but I remember the calm and reassuring feeling I had as he spoke and offered that blessing.
I have recently had the pleasure of getting to know him even better as we have worked together in our ward young men program. He was always willing to serve and go out of his way to help teach and mentor the youth.
He is a great man and I know his influence has helped me and everyone around him become a little better!

The Robinson's were one of the first families we met when we moved to Mesa. They became instant friends and family for us. I will always remember and cherish working along side with him on roofs for Ward members, campouts with the Young Men, teaching me my responsibilities at Girls Camp and the time spent celebrating birthdays. Although sometimes quiet, he would lead by example and was someone I respected and admired. The world needs a few more Rohn Robinsons.
