Jack Perry Wells passed away on November 10, 2017.
He was born in Prescott on March 26, 1931 to the late Perry and Mary Wells.
Jack married Zora Stanford on March 26, 1955 they shared 46 years of marriage prior to her passing on August 21, 2001.
He spent over 50 years driving truck retiring at the age of 75.
God and Jack's faith were an integral part of his life. He was completely devoted to his family and is survived by three children Terry Howard, Sheryl Wells & Greg Wells, three grandchildren Shannon Smith, Kelly Sanders & Jacklyn Zora Howard and six great grandchildren Joseph Corbett, Lyssa Corbett, Hunter Smith, CJ Sanders, Hope Sanders & Madison Sanders.
Family and friends are invited to a viewing on Wednesday, November 15, 2017 at West Resthaven Funeral Home, 6450 W. Northern Avenue, Glendale from 9-10AM with funeral services beginning at 10AM. Jack will be laid to rest with Zora in Resthaven Park Cemetery.
