Praying for you as you honor the life of this wonderful man. I have very early memories of the handsome young man that dated and later married my Aunt Twana. Wish we could be there. . .

Cliff was a good friend, co-worker and manager. I had the privilege of experiencing all three of these areas with him. He will be sadly missed by the US Postal Service but certainly more by friends and family. My prayers go out to Twana and the two boys as well as his extended family. Unexpected loss is the most difficult to understand and accept. I pray God's blessings upon you all in this time of loss.

It was an honor and privilege to work with Cliff; few people could "manage the storm" as well as he. We thank the Biram family for letting us have so much of his time. Our prayers are with all of you. Godspeed!

While waiting for him to sign 1011s and 1012s, we chatted about the pictures of the planes hanging in his office, and his days in the airfare.... He always smiled when he talked about those days..... I will miss him very much...

We were so sorry to hear of the passing of Cliff. We worked with him for many years after we moved to Raleigh in 1997. We didn't always see eye to eye but we always put the organization's needs first. He will be remembered for his dedication and leadership as a professional, I'm sure that carried over to his family life as well.

I am so sorry to hear of Cliff's tragic passing. We worked together at USPS after he transferred to Raleigh from St Louis many years ago til I retired. He was a good man and a dedicated Postal employee. It was a privilege to work with him. I extend my deepest sympathy to his family and his Postal family.
