I worked with Colleen when she was a police officer in the 13th precinct and am just learning of her death.
Colleen was just one of the nicest persons I ever got to meet on the job. She seemed to get along with everyone and had a really nice disposition, always happy, always smiling. I am so sorry to hear that she is gone because she was really an example to the community of what a good and honest police offer is and a good friend to other police officers.

I'm grateful to have had the opportunity in my life to have met and worked with and for Colleen. She was one of the most concerned, compassionate individuals I have ever met in my life. My condolences to her many family and friends. Rest in peace.
