Dr. Jermaine Kennedy

Sam,

You were a true friend and like a second older brother always providing me positive advice on life. You were instrumental in helping so many graduate students accomplish their M.S. and Ph.D's at the University of South Florida by fabricating custom one of one designed scientific devices. While in graduate school you always offered to help me with auto repairs and let me use your shop tools at your home. You were a true unselfish man that always was willing to help others.I will miss our monthly hour long telephone conversations on current events and your great blasts from the past stories about your parents, childhood friends, your brother, aunt, cousins and the military. Rest in peace my good friend you will truly be missed.

Ray & Vi Martinez

Sam, you were so extremely special to us. You were friends with Ray for so long? Starting at Phillip Shore and ending up at USF. You were so excited to buy your new SUV. Also, when you worked so hard to find the perfect dog. You did, "Foxy". You so enjoyed her. We will miss you, your phone calls and your emails. Rest In Peace.
