Midori Toma, of Cupertino, passed away peacefully on November 25, 2017 at the age of 98. Devoted wife to Takeyuki Toma for 57 years, who predeceased her 10 years ago. Beloved mother of Byron (Sylvia) Toma, Lynn Reiko (Steve Yamaguma) Toma, and Norine (Craig) Sato. Cherished grandmother of Bryce and Kelly Toma, Grant Yamaguma and Janine and Eric Sato.

Midori helped her watchmaker/jeweler husband at their jewelry store for 30 years, and they finally retired together in 2004. Midori spent her later years enjoying time with her family, watching Japanese television shows, Korean dramas, and gardening.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, December 23, 2017 at 5:00 p.m., at the San Jose Buddhist Church, 640 N. 5th St., San Jose, CA.
