Brother Charlie, was one of the kindest men I knew growing up in early Seaside.
He was strong in his community, a Faithful Deacon, and a Hardworking father. He could fix just about anything. I was apart of the extended family and he will truly be missed.
He was a gift... 2nd Samuel 2:6
