After WWII, they lived in Florence and then Jackson, Mississippi where their other 3 sons were born.
Winkie was a loving and caring mother who enjoyed flower arranging and ceramics. Winkie and Bradford opened a ceramic shop in Dallas, Tx in the late1960s, which was her passion for the next 20 years. Following Bradford's retirement from Mutual of Omaha, the two returned to Ridgeland, Ms. She and Bradford moved to Trace Point in Clinton, where they lived until Bradford's death in 2014.
