Charles H. Heeb III, Chuck, passed away Nov. 3, 2017, in Virginia Beach. He was born in Honolulu, Hawaii on June 13, 1947. He was a graduate of Cox High School and a Marine reservist.
Chuck worked as a purchasing manager and retired from Empire Machinery. His hobbies included saltwater fishing, boat repair/building and dancing. He was a member of the Virginia Beach Shag Club and the Outer Banks Shag Club.
Chuck was preceded in death by his wife of 39 years, Carole. He is survived by his daughter; Laura Heeb, granddaughter; Riley Heeb, brother in law; Frank D. Smith III, and many friends.
A celebration of life ceremony will be held on December 9th at 2 pm at Smith and Williams on Princess Anne.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Go Rescue Pet or Virginia Beach Friends School.

I have know Chuck and his family for around 50 years and I'm so sorry Riley and Laura for your loss. Chuck was a great mentor and boss for the few years I had the please of working for him. He will be greatly missed.
