Barbara "Bobbie" Elizabeth Pickeral, died on December 2, 2017 in her home in Virginia Beach, Virginia surrounded by her loving family.
Bobbie was devoted to her family. Prior to moving to Virginia Beach, she volunteered at the library for the City of Falls Church School System. Her interest included travel, bullfights in Mexico, theater, classes in everything from Spanish to Tai Chi. After moving to Virginia Beach, she became an avid reader and enjoyed attending the theater. Family, friends, and fun were always the most important aspect of her life.
She is survived by her husband George William Pickeral; her children Judy Nichols and husband Russell of Virginia Beach; Vicky Hays of Virginia Beach; Michael Pickeral and his wife Deborah of Stafford, VA; grandchildren Justin Nichols, Lindsey Nichols, Seth Pickeral, and Brook Pickeral; and great grandson Jackson Nichols.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, December 6, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. at Rosewood Memorial Park, 631 N. Witchduck Rd., Virginia Beach VA. You may offer condolences and share memories at www.kellumfuneralhome.com.
