Don S. Dull, age 84, of Gettysburg, Ohio, passed away on Sunday, December 3, 2017 at 5:00 AM at Good Samaritan Hospital, Dayton, Ohio. He was born on March 30, 1933 in Darke County, Ohio, to the late Martin V. & Luella (Young) Dull.
Don is survived by his wife of 60 years Jean (Martin) Dull whom he married on June 29, 1957; son and daughter in law, Greg & Stacey Dull of Gettysburg; daughter and son in law, Ann & Keith Marchal of Versailles and grandchildren, Kyle Marchal, Maggie Marchal, Lauren Dull and Ryan Dull.
In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his brother, Richard Dull.
Don was the owner and operator of Martin's Hatchery in Gettysburg and Versailles Ace Hardware. He was a veteran of the United States Army Old Guard 3rd Infantry. He was a member of Oakland Church of the Brethren and was a graduate of Monroe High School. Don enjoyed traveling and most of all spending time with his family.
There will be a private service held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are under the direction of Zechar Bailey Funeral Home.

Jean, Ann, Greg, I'm sorry for your loss. You will be in my thoughts and prayers. I remember my early childhood years and all the way though college, working at the Hatchery. You all were great to work for and I was very thankful for the opportunities and the life values that job has taught me.
