Billy Wayne Qualls, Sr., 69, of Tyler, TX passed away December 3, 2017 in Tyler, TX. Mr. Qualls was born September 15, 1948 in Genoa, AR. He was a Christian; self-employed carpenter; and in maintenance at Central Freight.

Survivors include his wife, Linda Qualls; son, Billy Wayne Qualls, Jr.; daughters, Yolanda Starbuck and Yvonne Forrester; sister, Bertha Hickey; brother. Herbert Qualls; 10 grandchildren; and 9 great grandchildren.

Graveside service will be 11 a.m., Saturday, December 9, 2017 at Rock Springs Cemetery under the direction of East Funeral Home – Downtown.
