Georgia L. (Burford) Riecke, 91, of Harpursville, passed away peacefully on Friday, December 1, 2017. She was predeceased by her loving husband of 56 years, Robert E. Riecke; sons, Edward, Leland, John, Robert and Kenneth. She is survived by her children, Judy and Roman Utyro, Sharon and Rick Northrop, Andrew Riecke, Donna Riecke, Karen Riecke, sisters and brother-in-law, Laura Wayman, Flossie and Al Gillow; brother and sister-in-law, Tom and June Burford; grandchildren; great-grandchildren; great-great-grandchild; nieces, nephews and cousins. She was a member of Our Lady of Lourdes Church in Windsor, Bus Aide for Windsor Central School, and a volunteer for the Women's Auxiliary, Ouaquaga Fire Department. Georgia loved to crochet and garden. A funeral mass will be held at Our Lady of Lourdes Church in Windsor, NY, Thursday, December 7, 2017 at 11:00 am. Family will receive friends at the church prior to mass from 10:00 until the time of service. Burial will take place in the family plot at Knox Cemetery. Donations may be made in Georgia's memory to St Jude Children's Research Hospital.

Sincere Condolences to the family. I remember talking with her about flowers when I worked in the Ouaquaga Post Office. She was a lovely lady, always with a smile on her face.
