Harold Edward Creekmore Sr. age 84 passed away Monday, December 11, 2017. Harold is preceded in death by his wife, Jean Creekmore; his parents, Levi and Willie Lee Creekmore; his brother, Howard Creekmore.
He is survived by his son, Harold (Buck) Creekmore Jr. (Diane); daughters,Cindy Towers (Joe), Jeanean Creekmore and Angel Hyde (Tommy); grandchildren, Eddie Creekmore (Jane), LeeAnn Creekmore, Andrew Towers (Kia), Julie Towers, Tyler Dixon and Reagan Tate; great-grandchildren, Reese Creekmore, Riley Creekmore and Jack Towers; and a host of other family members.
Harold was born September 3, 1933 in Hendersonville, TN. He served 3 years in the military as an Army Tank Commander. He owned a residential construction company and built many homes in the Sumner County area. Harold loved the Lord and served his church Trinity Baptist as an ordained deacon and taught the men's Sunday School Class.
A Life Celebration service will be held at 12pm, Thursday, December 14, 2017 at Forest Lawn Funeral Home with Pastor Billy DeVasher officiating. A Military burial will follow at the Beech Cumberland Presbyterian Church Cemetery.
Visitation with the family will be held Wednesday December 13, 2017 from 3pm until 8pm and Thursday from 10am until 12pm at the funeral home.
