Yvonne Kemnitz Age 89, of Thorndale, TX passed away Wednesday December 12, 2017.
Yvonne was preceded in death by her husband, Elmer Kemnitz, and her parents, Oscar and Clara Moerbe; her sister, Jeanette Clark; brother in law, Nathan Clark; and brother, Wilburn Moerbe.
She is survived by her son, James Kemnitz; her grandchildren, Joseph Kemnitz and wife Audra, Kyle Kemnitz, and Keith Kemnitz and wife Jessica; her great-grandchildren, Kathrine Kemnitz, Paisley Kemnitz, and Kayson Kemnitz; her nieces and nephews, Steve Clark, Joanne and Tony Buzan, Becky and Mike Cmerek, Dale Kemnitz, Debbie Peasley, Donna McCamant, Dwight Kemnitz, and Jackie Kemnitz; and numerous friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday December 14, 2017 from 6pm-8pm at Condra Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held on Friday December 15, 2017 at 2pm at St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Thorndale. Burial will follow at St. Paul Lutheran Cemetery.
Serving as pallbearers will be Tony Buzan, Steve Clark, Dwight Kemnitz, Harold Biar, Warren Fontenot, and Leaodus Moore. Honorary Pallbearers will be Joseph Kemnitz, Kyle Kemnitz, Keith Kemnitz, Norris Schroeder, and Rich McGrail.
The family would like to thank the nurses and staff at SPJST for the wonderful care they gave Yvonne. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the St. Paul Lutheran Music Fund or the LWML.
