Linda,Billy, Leslie and Mike,
I was so sad to hear about your Dad's passing. "Uncle Red"
was funny, sweet, kind and a real favorite "old " friend.
He always had a smile, a good joke or a funny story to
tell.
Please know that you all are in my thoughts and prayers!!!
Love,

I knew Mr. Jackson from Vista Shores as my aunt lives there as well.

I have to say, he was a really nice man who was always smiling, he would not skip a beat, he always was socializing with everyone at Vista Shores.

I was very impressed with him when I saw him driving up and parking his car at Vista Shores one Sunday evening. I was so happy to see that he could get out and take some time away.

It is with great sadness when I read of the passing of Mr. Red Jackson, During my younger life being a good friend of Billy Mr. Red was one of the nicest guys that we knew. I remember his wit and kindness to all of Bill's buddies

Mr. Red is the kindest, caring, generous and loving person I ever met in my life. I love him dearly I will miss my hugs from him everyday that I worked, I will miss my Snyder cheddar pretzels from him every Tuesday morning, I will miss him singing while walking in a hallway with his hands behind his pants pocket and most of all I will miss him calling me baby and I will miss our conversations about his LSU team Mr. Red treated me as his own just like I considered him as my adopted father in Vista Shores. Mr. Mike, Ms Leslie and to your other siblings I thank you all for sharing your Dad to us in Vista Shores I know it's hard for all of us to loss a very loving and caring father. My only consolation now deep in my heart I know his in a better place dancing with angels and his loving wife in heaven...

Red was a true gentlemen and as nice a person as I have ever known.
Always polite, always attentive, always interested in what his colleagues were saying, he was my Zenith supervisor at Lehleitner during the '80s.

Rest in peace old friend. Your character and demeanor is hard to come by today. I won't forget your kindness and being a mentor.

Peeps was one of the most gentile men we have
ever known. He was so polite and thoughtful, and so quick with a funny comment or story. He will be sorely missed at your family gatherings. We loved
him and love you all so much.
