Survived by daughters, Missy Hoke and Lindsey Ingram; grandchildren: Caleb Hoke, Tyler Hoke, Gage Ingram, Parker Ingram, Tyson Ingram-Stella; brothers: Ronnie and Marlene Ingram, Donnie and Jan Ingram; sister, Debbie and Mickey Martin; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. FUNERAL SERVICES: Thursday, 10am, Calvary Christian Church, 10100 Cedar Island Rd., Bellevue. VISITATION at mortuary Wednesday from 2-8pm with family receiving friends from 5-7pm. Spending time with Mike was like spending time with my own dad. He was a kind-hearted person with a great sense of humor. I will miss him greatly.

Personally I'll miss your own unique language spoken almost in scripts. I'd love to see a transcript of that one day. Godspeed my friend.
