Paris Edwin Adams, Jr, 88, of Slaton, Texas passed away on Saturday, December 23, 2017 in Lubbock.
He was born in Haywood, OK on November 7, 1929 to Paris Edwin and Ola Marie (Willis) Adams, Sr.
Paris married Mary Early, May 28, 1949. They were married for nearly 69 years.
Those left to honor and cherish his memory are his loving wife, Mary, his son, Mark Adams and wife Pamella of Lubbock, his grandchildren, Brandon Nettles of New Home, Brandi Neill and husband, Charles of Levelland, Reed Nieman of Lubbock and Audra Nieman of Lubbock and great grandchildren, Bryce and Presley Nettles of Lubbock and Maddy and Skylar Neill of Levelland.
Visitation will be Thursday, December 28th from 6-8 pm at Resthaven Funeral Home. A celebration of Paris's life will be held on Friday, December 29th at 2 pm at Lone Star Cowboy Church with Jerry Stewart officiating. Interment with military Honors will follow at Resthaven Memorial Park.
Arrangements are under the direction of Resthaven Funeral Home & Memorial Park, Lubbock, TX.
