Sybil's passing is an end of a legacy of effecting change on behalf of children with emotional/mental health issues. She touched so many lives - her ability to make system changes using a balance of humor and well thought through information. I had the privilege of working with Sybil.
To Sybil's sons and grandchild, may your memories provide solace and support during this difficult time. With much care - Eileen Elias
