Timothy Allen Vowell, age 59, of Dallas, TX passed away on Saturday December 30, 2017. Timothy was born July 5, 1958 in Rockford Illinois to Cecil and Virginia Goodman Vowell. He was the owner of Lonestar Glass Company.
Timothy was preceded in death by his parents and his sister Kimberlee Vowell. He is survived by eight brothers, Michael C. Vowell and wife Terri of Freeport, IL, Jack A. Vowell of Paragould, AR, Robert A. Vowell of Memphis, TN, Cecil M. Vowell and Jennifer of Tulsa, OK, William J. Vowell and wife Caroline of Memphis, TN, Harvey P. Vowell and Malinda of Lincoln, AR, Andrew D. Vowell of Fayetteville, AR, Jonathan G. Vowell and wife Lisa of West Fork, AR; Timothy is survived by six sisters, Patricia M. Jones and husband Dave of Lowell, AR, Lynda K. Bolin and husband Jerry of Dallas, TX, Brenda F. Vowell of Jonesboro, AR, Jo Ann Rivera of Rockford, IL, Jessica D. Metzger and husband David of Elgin, IL, and Thressa M. Vowell of Elgin, IL.
He also leaves behind to cherish his memory, a special friend that loved him very much, Elsa Gregory of Dallas, TX.
A Memorial Service will be held at a later date in Arkansas.

Tim was a great step father and inspiration for me. I began learning the glass business when I was only 14 years old. He bought me my first car and gave me tons of memories growing up. He showed me how to be a go getter and a man. His determination, drive and kindness are something I will carry with me always. God bless you Tim.
