Leona OWENS Obituary

Leona R Owens 96 passed away on December 31, 2017. She was born in Monroe, WA and grew up in Yelm, WA. She graduated from Yelm High School in 1939 and then attended and graduated business college in Olympia WA. After graduating she worked as a secretary in Olympia where several years later she met Robert, her husband of 70 years. In 1963, she moved from Seattle, WA with her husband Robert and their four children to Tucson, AZ. After raising their four children she and Robert retired in 1983. In retirement, she and Robert enjoyed traveling by RV, playing golf, gardening, reading and time spent with their two grand children. She is survived by her daughters Judith Allred (Clark) and Janice Davis, her sons Gary and Robert (Cindy), and her grandsons Brian and Nicholas Davis. A life well lived.
