He is survived by his wife, Nancy Ellen Wilcox, daughters, Monica Wynn-Laughton and Hillary Anthony, family, relatives, and friends.
A Visitation will be held on Friday, January 12, 2018 4pm - 8pm at Eternal Hills Mortuary Chapel in Oceanside, California.
A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, January 13, 2018 10am at Cornerstone Christian Church in Vista, California.
Ken's burial will take place at Eternal Hills Memorial Park in Oceanside, California.
