Raymond Wallace Paul Sr., 62 of Tulalip went to be with his creator on Jan. 1, 2018 surrounded by his family.
He was born Feb. 5, 1955 to Wallace and Arlene Paul in Toppenish, WA and was a member of the Yakama Nation.
He is survived by his wife, Wanda; his children, Princess, Ray Jr., Mildred, and Arletia; siblings Cynthia Powderface, Beatrice Kahama, Christopher Paul, Byron Lloyd, and Stephen Lloyd; eight grandchildren, Arlene, Aniyaha, Little Wanda, Bradley, Brian, Cecelia, Koda, and Gabriel; and numerous nephews and nieces.
A funeral service was held Wednesday, Jan. 3, 2018 at 6:00 PM at Schaefer-Shipman Funeral Home, Marysville. There will be all night services held at the Toppenish Longhouse at 8:00 PM on Thursday, Jan. 4, 2018. Burial will be held Jan. 5, 2018 at sunrise at the Yesmowit Cemetery in White Swan.
