Dean was an old friend of my dad's (Ed Willis). I remember spending time at their house in the late 60's - early 70's, and most of my memories are from the garage where Mr. Hathman was always working on race cars. Connie Hathman was a classmate. My sincere condolences to the family.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to the Hathman family. I have known Dean for the last 25 years through the old Parkside raceway through SSMC. He was a hard worker and passed on a lot of wisdom to me even if some wisdom had to be repeated once or thirty times.

My thoughts are with the Hathman family.

My dad, the late Jerry Brown, and l use to visit Dean when he was working on his race cars when he lived on Worley.

We traveled around to the local tracks to watched his cars race.

Thanks Dean!!
