Babs was a wonderful aunt. She did all she could to assist me as a young adult moving to Texas. I will always be grateful for the many, wonderful days at the lake and at Dallas Cowboy games. Her welcoming smile and warm hugs always felt so good.

Mom, known as Baba to her grandchildren, Babs to her Alabama family and Babo to dad and most of her friends was/is the best mother someone like me needed to thrive and truly feel loved and necessary to the world. If there was an award for greatest grandma, Baba would have carried the golden crown! I will always be grateful to Baba for the time, the energy and the love she invested in my daughter Lindsay. Two fun Mom/Baba/Babs/Babo facts: She designed our school uniforms, Ursuline Academy in Dallas, in the late 60's and still you will find them walking around the campus!Mom wore the same size clothes her entire adult life! Seriously! Who does that?!!!I love you Baba. Now go fix yourself a glass of watered down red wine with ice, prop your feet up and spend some quality time with Pat Sajak and Vanna White.
