Linda Gail Richardson Wentzel passed away on January 11, 2018. She is survived by her loving husband Carl Frank Wentzel Jr, her children Mary Bourke (Jack) Carl Wentzel (Karen) Wendy DuVal (Marc) and Beverly Vincent (Daniel) and grandchildren Heather, Lindsay, Taylor, Hammer, Joey, Hannah, and Claudia. Linda loved cooking and had an extensive collection of cook books, she enjoyed watching movies and putting together jig saw puzzles. She also enjoyed reading novels and watching General Hospital, and travel. A California native, Linda discovered new life on the East Coast, where she pursued Real Estate, Hotel and Art Gallery Management. She was active in the local Christian Science 2nd Church. Linda now joins her mother Mercedes Harris (an avid saver) who passed in 1987. Linda loved spending time with her family. Her cats, dogs, and beautiful flowers were her pride and joy. The family will receive friends at Woody Funeral Home on Parham Rd, Thursday January 18, 2018 from 5-7pm. A graveside service will be held at Greenwood Memorial Gardens at 12:30pm on January 19, 2018.
