CONNERY, Marlene, 84, of Tampa passed away at St. Mark Village on November 26, 2017. She is survived by her loving husband of 58 years, William; sons, Thomas Connery and wife Elisabeth of Massachusetts and James Connery and wife Althea of Tampa; daughters, Mary Ann Shea and husband Daniel of New Jersey and Patricia DuCharme and husband Thomas of New Jersey; and grandchildren, Meghan, Ryan, Patrick, Matthew, Conor, Gregory, William, Andrew, Kelly, Christopher, and Erin. Born on Long Island and lived in Huntington, Long Island; Marlene came to Florida 20 years ago spending the first 16 years in Homosassa and the last 4 years at Aston Gardens in Tampa and St. Mark Village in Palm Harbor. Family will receive friends from 3-5pm on Thursday, November 30 at the Blount & Curry, Oldsmar/West Hillsborough Chapel, 6802 Silvermill Dr., Tampa. A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11am on Friday, December 1 at Incarnation Catholic Church, 8802 W Hillsborough Ave, Tampa. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to USF Health Byrd Alzheimer’s Institute (http://health.usf.edu/byrd/partner) or to Alzheimer’s Disease Research Center (http://www.adc.ucla.edu/donate-alzheimers-research) in Marlene’s memory.
