Fulfilling her commitment to ensuring all had equal access to education, she devoted 20 years teaching in Richland County Public Schools including William S Hall Institute and Olympia Center for the Emotionally Handicapped. She was an active member of Kathwood Baptist Church, serving in various capacities including Education Committee, and numerous public service committees. Surviving are her sons, Mabry LeRoy Binnicker of Key West, Fla., Jeffery Lee Binnicker (Kim) of Columbia; daughters, Jean Binnicker Morris (Wayne) of Murrels Inlet, Madge Binnicker McNaboe of Columbia; six grandchildren, Elizabeth Binnicker Brown (Christian) of New Orleans, La., Rachel Binnicker of Madison, WI, Caroline and Catherine Morris of Murrels Inlet, and Garrett and Casey McNaboe of Columbia; brothers Douglas Ray Rogers and Bobby Kenneth Moody of Dillon County.
