Irene Agnes Myers, 92, entered into her earthly life on Nov. 10, 1925 in Dillonvale, Ohio, and entered her heavenly home on Jan. 14, 2018 in Surprise, AZ. Irene was a great cook and baker who enjoyed serving family, friends, and her church. She also served briefly as a "Rosie the riveter" during WWII. She is preceded in death by her husband, Donald, son Danny, and three brothers. She is survived by her son, Edward (Sylvia); two grandsons, USAF MSgt Keith Myers and Glen Myers; and numerous nieces and nephews who loved her dearly. Visitation will be Friday, Jan. 19 at 10:00 a.m., with funeral services at 11:00 a.m., at Green Acres Mortuary, 401 N. Hayden Rd., Scottsdale, AZ. Interment will follow at Green Acres.
