Pallen Lee was born on September 26, 1964 to Joseph Sulong Lee and Lucy Soo-Shih Cheng Lee in Taipei, Taiwan. She was raised with two other siblings. Pallen earned a master's degree in Speech Communication and bachelor's degree in Advertising. She pursued a careers in advertising and marketing, teaching english and as executive director of Oregon Commission of Asian Affairs. Pallen married Harry Wong and together they raised one daughter, Cylena. Pallen had interests in cooking, social gatherings, and native crafts. She was devoted to her family and faith. Pallen passed away unexpectedly on January 13th in Beaverton. She is survived by her husband, Harry; daughter, Cylena; father, Joseph; mother, Lucy; sister, Patty and brother, Perry.
