Mary N. Tester, age 88 of Greenville, Ohio passed away at 9:15 AM Wednesday January 17, 2018 at Brookdale Senior Living of Greenville. Mary was born November 29, 1929 in Lima, Ohio and the daughter of the late Adrian and Caroline (Barnhart) Tester.
She was retired in from Corning Glass of Greenville and was a member of the Corning Retirees Club. Mary also attended the East Zion Church of Greenville.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a son-in-law Michael R. Walter; great niece Heather Estel; great nephew Chad Gibbons; brother William Tester and a sister Gladys Byram.
Mary is survived by her daughters Catherine A. Walter of Troy and Joan Hubert of Cincinnati; grandchildren Kristen Walter, Ashley Walter and Michael Ray Walter II; sisters Charlotte Bailey and Dawn Beasecker both of Greenville; nieces Lori (Brad) Stone, Linda (Randy) Gibbons, Amy (Craig) Tanner and nephews Michael Beasecker, Todd (Vickie) Bailey and Daniel (Nancy) Byram as well as numerous Great Nieces and Nephews.
Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 PM Tuesday January 23, 2018 in the Zechar Bailey Funeral Home Greenville, Ohio with Chaplain Jacqueline Collins officiating. Burial will follow in the Greenville Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 12 Noon until time of the services in the funeral home.
It is the wishes of the family that Memorial Contributions be given to the State of the Heart Care of Darke County.
