Carlota Quiroz, age 98, passed away on January 16, 2018 in Dallas, Texas. She was born on March 25, 1919 in Chepen-Peru to Santiago and Luisa. Carlota was raised in Chepen. She married Leovigildo Quiroz in 1936 and the couple had twelve children. She was a devoted housewife and in her spare time enjoyed spending time with her family. Her family will always remember her as an exemplary mother.
She is preceded in death by her husband Leovigildo Quiroz Espinosa; her parents Santiago Hernandez and Luisa Alayo; siblings Osiel Hernandez Alayo, Maximo Hernandez Alayo, and Santiago Hernandez Alayo; children Guillermina Quiroz Hernandez, Gonzalo Quiroz Hernandez, and Orlando Quiroz Hernandez; and grandchildren Luis Alberto Quiroz Chaploque, and James Leovigildo Quiroz Galvez.
Carlota is survived by her children Alcides Quiroz Hernandez, Luz Elena Quiroz Hernandez, Cesar Quiroz Hernandez, Mario Quiroz Hernandez, Grimaldo Quiroz Hernandez, Consuelo Quiroz Hernandez, Juana Quiroz Hernandez, Rosa Quiroz Hernandez, and Marianella Quiroz Hernandez; grandchildren Gladys Lozano Quiroz, Giovana Lozano Quiroz, Kethy Lozano Quiroz, Marlene Quiroz Galvez, Hilmer Quiroz Galvez, Leo Quiroz Galvez, Luz Quiroz Galvez, Evelyn Quiroz Galvez, Fernando Quiroz Martos, Duany Quiroz Martos, Richard Quiroz Martos, Leo Quiroz Martos, Aldo Quiroz Martos, Adriana Quiroz Chafloque, Gonzalo Quiroz Chaploque, Maritza Quiroz Chaploque, Paul Quiroz Chaploque, Rommel Quiroz Chaploque, Milagros Quiroz Chaploque, Mario Gonzalo Quiroz Chaploque, Yanina Semino Quiroz, Lesdia Amanda Cruzale Quiroz, Roberto Arturo Cruzale Quiroz, Lenin Quiroz Benavides, Laura Quiroz Delgado, Tania Quiroz Delgado, Farid Quiroz Delgado, Karla Quiroz Alvitez, Kehyla Quiroz Castaneda, Amy Quiroz Castaneda, Dora Ocampo Quiroz, David Ocampo Quiroz, Araceli Ocampo Quiroz, Jario Quiroz Zelada, and Odette Tello Quiroz; fifty great-grandchildren; and three great-great grandchildren.
Recordamos que a ella le gutaba que la saquen a pasear, que siempre recordaba chepen y a todos sus hijos. Se caso con papa Leo, muy jover por decision de sus padres, dio a luz a todos sus hijos en su casa. Era una persona carinosa con las ninos y los bebitos porque la recodaban a sus hijos.
Quienes la hicieron mas feliz fueron sus hijos e hijas, disfruto! Viajo, paseo, conocio a sus nietos, bisnietos y hasta tuvo tataranietos. Vivio una vida con el esfuerzo que significo criar 12 hijos, una vida simple con tiempos dificiles pero Feliz al fin.
Carlotita siempre primero "madre" antes que todo lo demas.
Desde hoy descansa en ese otro plano donde dejamos el cuerpo fisico, donde somos alma y espiritu.
