Mom,
I remember the first time one of your poems was published, I never seen you so thrilled, until the next time and so forth. You're poems showed the love you had for family and friends. You loved cooking & baking, I'm good with the cooking part, but Lizzie got both gifts from you. I remember how hard you worked in the lunchroom when I was in Jr High. And you loved too walk every where, just like grandpa( your dad). I'm heartbroken you're gone, but relieved your out of pain. Every time I see a hummingbird I'll know your around. You're faith was always strong, I get that from you. That's why I knew it was important too sit by your bedside and read your bible too you. Your with Pops, your parents, your brothers, I know you're smiling with them. I love you & miss you, Mom.

I will remember your love for Stevie Wonder, your poetry, your love of burnt chips and baking. I got my ability to bake from you and each time I bake I am grateful.
Fly free grandma.
