Charles F. Lantis, age 69 of Miami Township, passed away Thursday, January 18, 2018. He was preceded in death by his wife, Norma Lantis, and both parents. He is survived by two sons: Gregg (Rebecca) Lantis of IN and Darrin (Denise) Lantis of Franklin. Four step-children also survive him: Troy (Melina) Craig of CO, Cindy (Chris) Wettle of Dayton, Rob (Sonya) McGraw of Dayton, and Debra McGraw of Dayton. He is survived by a brother, Dan Lantis of West Alexandria, fourteen grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Charles spent more than 30 years as a design draftsman at Honeywell in Urbana, OH. He was a longtime member of Central Presbyterian Church, an avid bowler, and a UD Flyers and NASCAR fan. A memorial service will be held at Central Presbyterian Church, 4699 Lamme Rd., Moraine, OH 45439 on Saturday, February 3, 2018 at 2 PM. Friends may call at the church from 12:30 PM until the time of the service on Saturday. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to either Hospice of Dayton or Central Presbyterian Church in Charles' honor. Condolences for the family can be made at www.tobiasfuneralhome.com.

Debra and family, I'm so sorry for the loss of Chuck. When I worked at Central Presbyterian church we had a coffee gathering in the kitchen every Sunday. It was my favorite time. I just loved him and Norma and Jack and Mrs Settles and a few others that were always with us. I'll never forget them. May they RIP till we see them again. Lot's of LOVE and BIG HUGS Jayme
