Jose Diaz Jimenez, age 75, of Turlock, California passed away on Monday, January 22, 2018. Jose was born May 30, 1942 in Jalisco, Mexico to Antonia Tapia Diaz and Melesio R Jimenez.
Jose is survived by: his wife of 49 years Roslyn Jolly Jimenez of Turlock; son Harold Jay Jimenez of San Diego; daughter Elaine J Skaggs of Keyes; daughter Cindy Gomez and her husband Mark of Turlock; daughter Leslie J Jimenez of Turlock; daughter Doris J Zepeda and her husband Raul of Turlock; brother Ignacio Jimenez of Mexico, brother Miguel Jimenez of Turlock, brother Manuel Jimenez of Turlock, brother Armando Jimenez of Turlock, and his sisters Guadalupe Guerrero of Patterson and Consuelo Hazel of Turlock. Mr. Jimenez also leaves behind eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren to honor his memory.
Jose was preceded in death by his parents Melesio R Jimenez and Antonia Tapia Diaz.
He was a dedicated parishioner of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Turlock.
A visitation for Jose will be held from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Thursday, February 1, 2018 at Whitehurst-Norton-Dias Funeral Service: 286 W. Main Street, Turlock, California. During the visitation, a rosary will be offered at 7:00 PM.
A funeral mass will occur at 1:00 PM on Friday, February 2, 2018 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church: 1200 Lyons Avenue, Turlock, California. He will be laid to rest immediately following the funeral mass at Turlock Memorial Park: 575 N. Soderquist Road, Turlock, California.
