Ellen Kunzman Obituary

Published by Legacy Remembers on Jan. 22, 2018.

Ellen Fae Kunzman, age 95, passed away January 20, 2018 in Granbury, TX. She was born in Geary, OK to John F. & Lula F. Talley on January 11, 1923. She was a loving mother, grandmother and friend who will be dearly missed. "Mom, you have given so much and asked for so little in return. Thank you for always being there for us, for teaching us, listening to us, helping and forgiving us, loving us, and always, always paving the way for us. You always had a special way of reading people, knowing just what to say or not say and when. Farewell sweet mom. You were simply magnificent."

She was preceded in death by her husband of 49 years Gomerray Allen, husband Raymond Kunzman, brother Floyd Talley, son Dennis Ray Allen, and grandson Michael Allen.

She is survived by her children, Barbara Karnes, Ronald Jerome (Jerry) and Betty Allen, Violate Allen, Daphne and Larry Winberg, Wendell and Marilyn Allen and Darrell Allen; 16 grandchildren; 32 great-grandchildren; and 20 great-great grandchildren. Visitation will be at 11 a.m., Monday, February 5, 2018 followed by the funeral Service at 12 noon. Interment will continue at Sunset Memorial Park.

In these difficult times it is hard to know what to say. Our loving God always knows what to say and he wants us to "throw all your anxiety upon Him because He cares for you." Our condolences.

Mom,
You had so much influence in my life. More then you will ever know. You were always there for me when I needed someone to talk to and yet you gave me wings and guidance to live my own life. You will be forever in my heart and thoughts. Love You.....
