Margaret Paschall peacefully passed from this material plane on January 23. She was under the loving care of the angels of Hospice Austin due to a recent and rapid decline in her health. Born in Durant, raised in Ardmore, she lived in Oklahoma City from 1970 until her 2016 move to Austin, Texas. She was preceded in death by her parents, Virgil and Lena Spradlin, her brother Virgil E. Spradlin and her beloved husband Paul Paschall. She is survived by her sons, Steve and David and their respective spouses, Debbie and Marvela Paschall; grandchildren Kelli and husband Mike Donahue, Margaux and husband Christian Kolquist and Dylan Paschall; great grandchildren Michael, Rory and Reagan Donahue and expected great grandbaby Kolquist. Margaret worked for the Oklahoma Department of Education for 20 years, was an accomplished painter of landscapes and a member of All Souls Episcopal church, where her funeral will be held January 27 at 1 PM. Viewing will be at Hahn-Cook/Street & Draper Funeral home Saturday, 10-Noon. In lieu of flowers, donations to Hospice Austin (4107 Spicewood Springs Rd. Suite 100, Austin Texas 78759) will be appreciated.
