I remember how welcoming you, Jim, and Art were when my family first visited the west coast and how much time you spent showing us around on that trip and later ones. That really meant a lot to me and I'm sorry that we weren't able to visit in the last few years.

I will greatly miss our exchange of letters and phone conversations from time to time. You went through a lot during your life time, but you always pulled through it all on top. You set a wonderful example for all of us. Your Cousin Robert

I worked at Atria El Camino Gardens where Bob lived during the last few years of his life. His dry sense of humor and how particular he was about things made me love him instantly. Sure, his extremely particular tendencies drove me up the wall but he was always gracious and kind. I have so many fond memories of Bob and all the interactions I had with him for 3+ years. Now he is finally at peace. I will miss serving you your exact amount of raisin bran and only HALF a glass of TAP water along with a small Caesar salad with no croutons which I always gave him a hard time for since they were the best part! Rest in peace my friend. I'll continue to miss our witty banter.

May the God of all comfort be with you during this difficult time

Robert, we will miss our phone conversations every 2 to 3 weeks. We enjoyed the time we spent with you in Sacramento. You always found things for us to do that were not part of the normal tourist visit. The most memorable was our tour of Rancho Seco when it was still a nuclear plant. The world has lost a wonderful man. Ron and Sandra Duncan
