Minnie (Erminia) Jasso Magallan, 62, of San Angelo, Texas joined the Lord on Saturday, January 27, 2018 in San Angelo. She was born in Weslaco, Texas on February 22, 1955. Minnie was married to Ruben Magallan. She began working towards her Real Estate career at Weatherford College in June 1973.
Minnie was an example of the American Dream. She started life from humble beginnings and spent her life building a business that inspired family and friends. Through dedication and diligence she built a career in Real Estate that spanned over 40 years. In 2008 she opened Big Daddy's convenience store in memory of her late husband, Ruben Magallan. It was her love for her children and grandchildren that fueled her drive to work hard and provide for her family. Through her career she strove to bring people's dreams of owning a home into a reality. She enjoyed helping others find their path to a home and even when people fell on hard luck she was known to do whatever she could to help them achieve their dreams and goals.
Minnie was a light that shone brightly through love, happiness and inspiration. Her smile and laughter brought joy to every room she entered. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ruben Magallan Sr.; brother, Maximo Jasso; sister, Elodia Maldonado; and her parents, Evaristo and Santos Jasso. She is survived by her children, Ruben Jr. & wife, Kyrene Magallan, Isaac & wife, Liza Magallan; her grandchildren, Ruben Christian, Megan Mykayla, Isaac Ryan, Jayden Abel, Emma Sophia; her siblings, Evaristo & wife, Helen Jasso, Ruben & wife, Jacqueline Jasso, David & wife, Bobbette Jasso, and Diana Jasso Martinez; sister-in-law, Yolanda Jasso; numerous nieces and nephews.
