Offering of Sister Thérèse Wilson (Patrice Marie)
Prayer of the Children
Dear Lord Jesus: We commend to You, Whom she loved so much, our beloved mother, Phyllis Harriet Chapman Wilson. Few may know, as You do, her Catholic Baptismal name, Helen Mary Chapman. Her loving cheerfulness and patience, which she gave to everyone as a person, and which she gave to us who know her so well, will always be remembered. You gave her to us and we love her. We know You love her always in Heaven, and we look forward to seeing You and her and embracing again all our loved ones who love You, when that glorious day comes, of the resurrection of the dead.
We commend her to You. We weep but we know she is joyful, and her kind and cheerful soul is totally fulfilled in You, Who live and reign together with the Father and the Holy Spirit, one God, forever and ever.
Amen.
